Denver earns Safer Ranking on Investment than other Major Metro areas

An improved job market has reduced the chances that metro Denver home prices will fall, according to a recent market survey.

Real Estate Market Forecast
Below are the five markets most at risk for a decline in home prices over the next two years. Denver faces a lower risk of tumbling than a year ago, thanks to strong job growth.
